Each author have the right to submit not more than 2 papers !

CAMERA-READY PAPER SUBMISSION

Each paper must adhere to the specifications given below:

1. The papers will be submitted in English or Romanian.
2. Page Setup:
     Paper Size: A4 format: (Top=2.5cm, Bottom=2.5cm, Left=2.5cm, Right=2.5cm).
3. Main Text: Use Times New Roman, 14pt., Normal. The figures and tables are included in the body.
4. Paper length: It is recommended to have an even number of pages for the paper (4, 6, 8, … Pages).

Participants : 50 Euro or 160 RON.
Discount for didactical personal 40% - 30 Euro or 100 RON .
“Carol I” National Defence University Senate decided that this year students will benefit from the same discount as didactical personnel (40%).
This decision implies that for a student that will participate in the eLSE 2008 conference the fee will be 30 Euro or 100 Ron.

This fee will cover proceedings, coffee breaks, cocktail on 18th April .

The details for paying registration fee for foreign currency will be send by email directly to those whose articles have been accepted.
Paying the conference fee in Romanian currency can be made:

1. to our institution directly
2. by financial-postal services
3. bank

An official letter will be sent for all the participants who require visa at their written request.
This request should be sent only after all the scientific and administrative stages regarding conference have been completed (full article sent and accepted).

The necessary documents for obtaining visa are each accepted author's obligation.
