CAMERA-READY PAPER SUBMISSION

Each paper must adhere to the specifications given below:

1. The papers will be submitted in English or Romanian.
2. Page Setup:
     Paper Size: A4 format: (Top=2.5cm, Bottom=2.5cm, Left=2.5cm, Right=2.5cm).
3. Main Text: Use Times New Roman, 14pt., Normal. The figures and tables are included in the body.
4. Paper length: It is recommended to have an even number of pages for the paper (4, 6, 8, … Pages).

Foreigner participants : 50 EURO
Romanian participants : 50 RON

This fee will cover proceedings, coffee breaks,cocktail on 12th April .

The details for paying registration fee for foreign currency will be send by email directly to those whose articles have been accepted.
Paying the conference fee in Romanian currency can be made:

An official letter will be sent for all the participants who require visa at their written request.
This request should be sent only after all the scientific and administrative stages regarding conference have been completed (full article sent and accepted, conference fee paid).
