• Submission of complete papers for the proceedings:

Each author has the right to submit no more than 2 papers !

CAMERA-READY PAPER SUBMISSION

Each paper must adhere to the specifications given below:

1. The papers will be submitted in English.
2. Paper length: It is recommended to have an even number of pages for the paper (4, 6, 8, … Pages).
3. Please use camera ready template.

Participants : 50 Euro or 200 RON.

This fee will cover proceedings on CD, coffee breaks, cocktail on April 15.

The conference volume will cost an aditional fee of 30 RON.

The details for paying registration fee for foreign currency will be sent by email directly to those whose articles have been accepted.
Paying the conference fee in Romanian currency can be made:

1. to our institution directly
2. by financial-postal services
3. bank

An official letter will be sent for all the participants who require visa at their written request.
This request should be sent only after all the scientific and administrative stages regarding conference have been completed (full article sent and accepted).

The necessary documents for obtaining visa are each accepted author's obligation.
